![]() My favorite was the basic California roll but with real crab and the freshest ingredients. Chef Otsuji taught us how to tempura a whole roll and that was delicious. We definitely recommend the class and would love to go again. Special Thanks 03/06/2009

Our beginner sushi classes will include, Broiled Eel rolls, Spicy salmon and Spicy Tuna, and California rolls made with real Snow crab and fresh avocado. We will be focusing on making Te maki sushi (hand rolls), Ura maki (inside out rolls), and Futo maki (fat rolls). As of today, we only have 4 spots left. We do require a 50% deposit in order to reserve a spot. If you have a paypal account we can email you an invoice or you may mail us a check to Sushi Class 02/09/2009
Our Beginner Sushi class will be held on Saturday Feb 28 at 5pm in North Salt Lake. The class is $100 per student. If you bring a friend or spouse you both get signed up for $75 per person.
