A lot has happened since I last posted.  We shot out sushi instructional video in Hawaii.  We were fortunate enough to have our video sponsored by Shun knives, Honolulu fish company, and Koi inc.  Honolulu fish company donated some of the freshest fish I've ever tasted in my 25+years of cooking.  The video should be out soon.  This year we're rolling out some awesome new additions to our catering Menu.  Utah sushi catering is just one thing we do.  Most parties in Utah that need catering will need more than just sushi for those sushifobic people.  We do all kinds of cooked hot food for main dishes like ginger miso chicken, pork spring rolls with cilantro Aoli, an hand made gyoza dumplings just to name a few.  For desert we do a killer purple sweet potato gnocchi with coconut sauce, wasabi poki sticks, and tempura ice cream with fruit coolies. 
 
 
Sat Jan 9 from 4-7pm Sushi Class.  We'll be making Spicy Tuna, Salmon and California rolls made with real Rock crab and fresh avocado. We'll also be making tempura fried rolls.  We will be making Te maki sushi (hand rolls), Ura maki (inside out rolls), and Futo maki (fat rolls).  Cost is $75 per person.  Bring a friend and both get attend for $100.  Space is limited to 12 students.   To reserve your spot please email sushiclasses@gmail.com or call                             801.808.9108         801.808.9108                       801.808.9108         801.808.9108
